How to deal with anxiety?

Anxiety is felt by every other person in today's world, but it can be quite unpleasant to some.
So here are some coping skills which would help you get over your anxious mind.

  1. Clean the mess
      Cleaning the mess in your room our workspace would help you lift up your mood and would help to stop thinking about things that make you more anxious.

     2. Journal 
     
      Journaling can do magic to your day-to-day life. Journaling in any way and about any thing you like always works until and unless you feel to do it. DON'T maintain a journal for the sake of doing so, do it when you feel to because that's how it works in helping you feel stressful. If you stress over doing it that's not gonna do you any good.

     3. Meditate 

     Words are not enough to emphasise the changes meditation can bring to your life. Be it mentally or physically, the wholesome happiness and peace it inculcates is just amazing. If you are wondering how to start which is usually the main reason many procrasttinate to do it then simply slide into some guided meditation videos you can find on Youtube.

    4.Find you Coping Mechanism 

     All of us have different bodies, different kinds and different lives indeed so ultimately we do have different coping mechanisms for some it may be cooking for some reading or for some it may be simply be watching their favourite show. 

    5.Self appreciation  

     One of the main reason people get anxious is the self doubt they sustain in themselves. Breaking out of the boundaries and working on yourself is a way of self development and deserves acknowledgement of your own. Treat yourself for doing the smallest of smallest achievements and efforts . Doing this will not only promote you to continue it but to maintain it consistently.

Changes take time so have trust on yourself and keep working on yourself with a beautiful smile on your face, you are a beautiful being indeed!!
